Great news! We’ve finalised and uploaded most member statements to the Member Online portal.

The notifications that statements are ready to access began landing in members’ inboxes today, 19th September. This means you will be able to log into your online portal and view your latest statement. From there you can download it if you wish.

If you haven’t received your notification email, it may be that the email address we have for you is incorrect (or it may be that your statement was withheld for quality control (see the note below)). You can check the email address we have for you in your online portal. If your email address is wrong, update it in your online portal or call Helpline on 1300 307 844 to update your details.

Remember that you don’t need to wait to view your latest account values at any time. Log into your online portal to view your current account information or contact our Helpline on 1300 307 844.

We will post a statement to you later in the year if you don’t have a valid email address recorded with us.

 

Please note: a small number of statements will be withheld for quality control and accuracy purposes. Any statement withheld will be released as soon as it has been confirmed for accuracy and quality. We will email you as soon as your statement is finalised.
