So that processing may be completed beforehand, consider transacting and/or requesting changes to your account well before 23 October 2026.
At 4:30pm (ACDT) Friday 23 October 2026 access to your online account becomes read-only and making updates and transacting is not available.
At 4:30pm (ACDT) Friday 30 October 2026 access to your online account closes.
We anticipate that access details to the new member online portal will be sent to you in late November 2026.
