Between 10-14 November 2025, a change is coming to your login notification.
Prior to this date, when you log in to your online ElectricSuper account, you receive a multi-factor authentication text message from “OKTA”.
What is changing?
After the 10-14 November transition, when you log in to your account, you will instead receive a text message from “Youraccountonline” as part of the multi-factor authentication.

Why is this changing?
The technology provider who delivers this service for ElectricSuper members is moving to a new SMS Sender profile.
What do I have to do?
Nothing! The rest of the process remains the same. You will need to respond to the SMS from Youraccountonline in the same way you previously responded to the OKTA SMS.
