Great news! We are well into the process of preparing member annual statements for 2023/24.
Assuming we keep tracking to our plan, you should receive your notification that your statement is available in approximately mid-late September. We’ll keep this page updated with any changes to that expected delivery timeframe.
The notification that your statement is ready will be emailed to you as soon as it’s available, so make sure your email address with us is up-to-date. You’ll then be able to log into your online portal and view your latest statement. If you need to update your email, you can do this in the secure area of the portal or you can call us.
Remember that you can view your latest account values at any time by logging into your online portal or by contacting our Helpline on 1300 307 844 to ask.
If you don’t have a valid email address recorded with us, your statement should be posted to you in October.
Please note: a small number of statements may be withheld past the mid-late September expected delivery date for quality control and accuracy purposes. Any statement withheld will be released as soon as it has been confirmed for accuracy and quality.
