Mercer has advised ElectricSuper of their intention to withdraw as the administrator of member services.
For more than 20 years, Mercer has provided the day-to-day member support functions of ElectricSuper, including operating our helpline and members’ digital platform and processing member and employer contributions.
Mercer’s decision aligns with the company’s broader strategic priorities and is no reflection of the relationship we currently enjoy with them.
While Mercer has not finalised a transition date, we expect that will occur within the next 12 months.
Member services will continue as normal with Mercer.
There will be no changes to the services offered by the Trustee Office. This announcement doesn’t have any impact on our worksite visits and member appointments. These will continue to be offered as usual.
We are working through our options to secure a new administration provider and will keep you updated as we progress this work.
